Rank is a lagging indicator. The work is cleaner defaults: better first fights, clearer mid-round reads, and fewer ego duels. I coach from your VODs, not from a generic script. We find the 1–2 patterns costing you the most RR, fix those first, then layer agent and map specifics. I am honest about where I sit. I am not Immortal. I am strong at teaching the climb into and through Diamond, with structure, accountability, and feedback you can use in the next queue.
