How do Plus and Pro differ?
Plus costs $9.99 per month and includes 5 full-match AI reports, 50 GB shared cloud storage. Included recordings are kept for 90 days. Pro costs $19.99 per month and includes 15 full-match AI reports, 100 GB shared cloud storage. Included recordings are kept for 90 days. Both include side-by-side comparison, saved reviews and spatial review tools.
How is cloud storage measured?
Each plan includes one shared allowance in GB for clips and recordings across all games. Extra storage adds to that allowance. Local files do not count. The app shows the recurring price and retention terms before checkout.
What happens when my cloud storage is full?
New cloud uploads pause when your allowance is full. Your local files remain available. Remove cloud copies, add extra storage in the app, or upgrade your plan. Storage is occupied until files are removed; it does not reset monthly.
Which games does UpForge support?
One subscription covers Valorant, CS2, Deadlock and League of Legends. Full-match reports share one balance across supported games. Recording, setup and analysis options differ by game; check your game page before starting.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes. Manage your subscription through billing settings. Cancel before your next renewal to avoid another charge; your paid access continues until the end of the billing period.
What if I need more AI coaching?
Buy extra full-match report packs on any plan, or choose a plan with a larger monthly allowance. Purchased report credits never expire. Unused monthly reports do not roll over. Coach chat has separate daily and per-report limits.
What happens to my existing subscription?
Your existing price and allowances stay in place while you remain on that plan. The offers above apply to new subscriptions. Contact support before changing a legacy plan.
Are roadmaps and human coaching included?
Roadmaps, human coaching and team purchases are separate from full-match AI report credits. Review roadmap eligibility in your account, or browse the coach marketplace for live session prices.
Do you offer refunds on subscriptions?
Subscription fees are non-refundable, including unused time. Cancel before your next renewal to avoid further charges. If our systems fail to complete a purchased analysis, we refund that analysis credit. Contact support@upforge.gg for help.
